Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with DANVOK. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within Australia.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During busy periods, promotional periods, stock checks, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Our current Australian shipping options for standard items are:

Standard Shipping: $11.00
Free Standard Shipping: Available for eligible orders of $100.00 or more
Express Shipping: $15.00

Shipping rates may change from time to time.

Free shipping offers apply to eligible standard items only and may not apply to bulky, oversized, long, heavy or specially handled items.

Bulky, Oversized and Special Handling Items

Some products may have separate shipping rates due to their size, shape, packaging requirements or carrier charges.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • jerry cans

  • bulky outdoor products

  • long items

  • oversized items

  • heavy items

  • products requiring special packaging or handling

Bulky or oversized item shipping rates will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Bulky shipping rates shown at checkout generally apply to standard delivery areas only.

Free standard shipping offers may not apply to bulky, oversized, long, heavy or specially handled items unless clearly stated.

Remote, Rural, Regional and Multiple Large Item Orders

We ship to many areas within Australia. However, some remote, rural or regional addresses may require additional shipping charges, especially for bulky, oversized, long, heavy or specially handled items.

Orders containing multiple bulky or oversized items may also require additional shipping charges.

If additional shipping charges apply to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

You may choose to pay the additional shipping cost or cancel the affected item for a refund.

If we are unable to arrange suitable delivery to your address, we may cancel and refund the affected item or order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, carrier availability and other factors outside our control.

As a general guide:

Standard Shipping: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping: usually 1–2 business days after dispatch
Bulky or oversized items: delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability and destination

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Remote, regional or rural areas may take longer.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address, email address and phone number are correct before placing your order.

DANVOK is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional carrier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@danvok.com.

We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Authority to Leave and Delivery Issues

Some carriers may leave parcels in a safe place if permitted or if delivery conditions allow.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check around the delivery location, with other household members, building reception, neighbours, or the carrier first.

If you still cannot locate the parcel, please contact us at info@danvok.com with your order number and tracking details so we can help investigate.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, damaged during delivery, or not delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@danvok.com.

We will review the issue and work with the carrier where required.

If the issue relates to a faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing item, your rights under Australian Consumer Law may apply. Please also refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to carrier restrictions or special handling requirements. This may include batteries, bulky goods, long items, liquids, tools, outdoor products or other regulated goods.

If we are unable to ship a product to your address using our available carriers, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution where possible.

If no suitable shipping option is available, we may cancel and refund the affected item or order.

Local Pickup and Local Delivery

We do not currently offer local pickup or local delivery unless otherwise stated on our website.
