We aim to provide reliable and affordable shipping services throughout Australia.
Shipping Locations
DANVOK currently ships to addresses within Australia only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, promotional events, stock checks, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Our standard shipping options within Australia are:
- Standard Shipping: A$11.00
- Express Shipping: A$15.00
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on eligible orders over A$100.00
Free shipping applies to eligible standard products only.
Bulky and Special Items
Some products require separate shipping arrangements due to their size, weight, packaging requirements, or carrier restrictions.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Jerry cans
- Oversized items
- Long items
- Heavy items
- Certain outdoor products
- Products requiring special handling
Where applicable, shipping charges for these items will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to these products unless specifically stated.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Regional and Remote Areas: 5–8 business days or longer
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the parcel has been received by the carrier.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
DANVOK is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If you need to correct your delivery details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@danvok.com. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Delivery Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, or high shipping volumes.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@danvok.com.
We will assist by investigating the issue with the shipping carrier where appropriate.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or missing, your rights under Australian Consumer Law may apply. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions, special handling requirements, or carrier limitations.
If we are unable to deliver a product to your address using our available shipping services, we will contact you to discuss available options. Where no suitable shipping solution exists, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the affected order.
Local Pickup
DANVOK does not currently offer local pickup or local delivery services unless otherwise stated.
