Thank you for shopping with DANVOK. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a major failure, is faulty, is not of acceptable quality, is unsafe, or does not match its description.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days after you receive your order.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must be:

unused and in its original condition

in its original packaging

complete with all accessories, manuals, tags, labels or parts where applicable

accompanied by proof of purchase
Change of mind returns are not available for gift cards, clearance items marked as final sale, custom or special-order products, or items that cannot be safely resold once opened.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, unsafe, or not as described.
Return Shipping for Change of Mind Returns
For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for change of mind returns unless required by law or agreed by us.
For bulky, oversized, long, heavy or specially handled items, including jerry cans, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for change of mind returns. Any original bulky item shipping charge is not refundable unless required by law or agreed by us.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, missing parts, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. Depending on the situation and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, this may include a repair, replacement, refund or return shipping label.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first.
Depending on stock availability, we may arrange a replacement or ask you to return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
